Graham Byrne spent over 20 years building and leading specialist lending businesses across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. He knows how to design funding solutions that work for professionals with complex income patterns. David Crimmins built his career leading healthcare and medtech organisations, seeing first-hand the financial frustrations doctors face every day.

When our paths crossed after many years since we worked together in the early 2000’s, we realised we could do something powerful together: blend Graham’s expertise in finance with David’s deep understanding of healthcare to create a company dedicated exclusively to medical professionals. From our flagship product MediFlow, which bridges insurance payment gaps, to structured solutions like MediFlex and MediFix, which we will be launching in 2026, everything we do is designed around how doctors actually work — not how banks think they should.

Today, we’re helping doctors across Ireland access fast, flexible funding that works around their practice, not against it. And this is just the start — over the next five years, we plan to bring GHC’s specialist solutions to medical professionals across the UK and Europe.
